Please note that you don\u2019t have any rights to copy any portion of our sound content for distribution or to use our sound content to create new samples for distribution.<\/p>

SAMPLING FAQs<\/strong><\/p>

Am I allowed to distribute samples I’ve made of any of studiobro sound content, studiobro instruments or studiobro samples?<\/em><\/p>

No. The studiobro sound content, studiobro instruments and studiobro samples are copyrighted and may not be distributed. This includes all types of distribution – the use in other sample libraries, sound FX libraries or sample-based hardware or software products is specifically prohibited.<\/p>

What if I extensively modify the studiobro sound content, studiobro instruments or studiobro samples?<\/em><\/p>

All modification, layering and tweaking is still legally considered a \u201cderivative work\u201d based on copyrighted recordings, so any type of re-use sample distribution like this would require specific clearance in advance.<\/p>

REFUND<\/strong><\/p>

I give my express permission that the performance of the contract begins before the withdrawal period expires. I acknowledge that I thereby lose my right of withdrawal.<\/p>

Therefore, a refund for already purchased products is not possible!<\/p>
